NIAGARA FALLS SUNDAY GUN HUNTING NOW IN EFFECT

The Minister of Natural Resources recently signed a regulatory change to the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, permitting Sunday Gun Huning in the City of Niagara Falls, Effective April 1, 2010.

ELECTRIC MOTORS ON WELLAND RECREATIONAL WATERWAY (OLD WELLAND CANAL)

Confirmation has been received from the City of Welland that electric trolling motors are permitted for fishing/boating on the Welland Recreational Waterway. Gasoline/combustion motors continue to be prohibited pursuant to the City's "Go Quiet" policy.
